About Richard
I live in west London with my wonderful wife, three children and our handsome golden retriever, Otis. You’ll often find me walking with him along the river, coffee in hand (me not him!), reflecting or recharging.
I love cooking, especially Asian and Indian food and I’m just as passionate about eating it afterwards!
I read a lot and find it so energising. I love exploring positive psychology, neuroscience and the latest research on identity, strengths, resilience and how teams thrive. That learning shapes the way I support leaders and helps my practice grow.
I’m also Chair of my local primary school PTA, where I’m committed to fund raising efforts, connecting our fantastic community and creating opportunities for children to thrive.
My favorite quote:
“Folks are usually about as happy as they make their minds up to be.”
— Abraham Lincoln
