Leadership Catalyst Programme
The world of work is shifting faster than ever. Constant disruption, new expectations and rising uncertainty are leaving many people feeling stretched and unsure how to adapt.
At the same time, organisations are asking leaders to guide others through complexity and support wellbeing in conditions that feel increasingly volatile. Many managers say they don’t feel prepared for this reality. The Leadership Catalyst Programme exists to close that gap.

Leaders today are working in conditions that feel unpredictable and often overwhelming. Research shows rising uncertainty, rapid changes in how we work and a growing pressure to stay ahead. Many people feel unprepared for the future and unsure they have what they need to progress. This affects engagement, resilience and overall wellbeing. Managers feel it too. HR leaders repeatedly say their organisations aren’t equipping managers with the mindsets and behaviours needed for today’s workplace.
Skills alone won’t solve this. They shift quickly and lose relevance. What creates lasting change is mindset: the ability to stay grounded, adapt and build trust in moments that feel difficult or unclear. These human‑centred capabilities are now seen as essential for the workplace of the future.
The Leadership Catalyst Programme is designed to develop exactly that: leaders who can navigate complexity with clarity and confidence, and who bring a more human approach to their work.
THE LEADERSHIP CATALYST PROGRAMME
The Leadership Catalyst Programme brings together twelve practical modules - each designed to shift mindset, build capability and support a more confident, human-centred, authentic leadership style.
Across twelve weeks, leaders take part in weekly 90‑minute workshops blending lived insights, extensive research and pragmatic tools for real‑world application. Each participant also receives four individual executive coaching sessions to deepen their personal development and embed meaningful change.
Each cohort consists of group workshops, reflective practice and individual coaching.
