About Richard
I live in west London with my wonderful wife, three children and our handsome golden retriever, Otis. You’ll often find me walking with him along the river, coffee in hand, reflecting or recharging.
I love cooking, especially Asian and Indian food and I’m just as passionate about eating it afterwards!
Reading has become a big part of my life. I’m fuelled by a deep curiosity and love of learning. That same drive to learn and grow shapes my work with leaders.
I’m also Chair of Grove Park Primary School PTA, where I’m committed to building our community and creating opportunities for children to thrive.
My favorite quote and one I come back to often:
“Folks are usually about as happy as they make their minds up to be.”

What Matters to me
Making a difference
Integrity
Collaboration
Kindness
Fun
These aren’t just nice icons. They’re the principles that shape how I work and the relationships I build.
I care about making a genuine difference, working with honesty and creating spaces where people can think clearly, grow confidently and thrive. I value authenticity over polish, integrity over performance and collaboration over ego.
I believe leadership should leave room for kindness, curiosity and a little wit along the way.
So if you’re drawn to meaningful work and a partnership built on trust, growth and fun, we’ll work well together.
Professional Accreditation
Through my Executive Coaching studies at Henley Business School I will soon become accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). As a member of the ICF I am bound by the professional standards set by the ICF and adhere to its code of ethics.
