The Catalyst Programme runs across 12 weekly modules, blending insight, research, activities and practical tools. Alongside the group journey, leaders receive four 1:1 Executive Coaching sessions and take part in regular group reflections. Mentoring support is available for specific challenges.
The result is:
A threemonth course that helps leaders refine how they think, how they lead and how they show up.
