Each session we will check in on your objectives and flex for any changing circumstances. We’ll explore desired outcomes, obstacles, options and measures of success.
Follow Up.
You’ll get a summary of notes and follow-up actions to explore. I’ll provide ongoing check in and support to hold you accountable, keep you on track and discuss challenges.
Close Out.
As we conclude the coaching, we’ll review the overall journey, key insights, reflections and learnings. My aim is to give you the tools to become self sufficient as you move forwards.
