The Leadership Catalyst Programme is built around twelve practical modules that help leaders grow in real, lasting ways. Each one is designed to shift mindset, strengthen capability and support a more grounded, human‑centred approach to leadership.
Each cohort takes part in a mix of group workshops, reflective practice and individual coaching.
Over twelve weeks, leaders join weekly 90‑minute sessions that encourage insight and meaningful application back in the real world. Alongside this, every participant receives four executive coaching sessions to deepen personal growth.
