I live in west London with my wonderful wife, three children and our handsome golden retriever, Otis. You’ll often find me walking with him along the river, coffee in hand (me not him!), reflecting or recharging.
I love cooking, especially Asian and Indian food and I’m just as passionate about eating it afterwards!
I read a lot and find it so energising. I love exploring positive psychology, neuroscience and the latest research on identity, strengths, resilience and how teams thrive. That learning shapes the way I support leaders and helps my practice grow.
I’m also Chair of my local primary school PTA, where I help with fundraising efforts, connecting our fantastic community and creating opportunities for children to thrive.
Why work with me
Every session is shaped around your goals, your challenges and your leadership journey, so you get what you need, when you need it.
I slow things down so you can think clearly, notice patterns and understand what’s driving decisions, behaviours and impact.
I ask questions that help you see things differently, gently challenging assumptions and opening up new ways of thinking.
My tools are practical and backed up by credible research, psychology, neuroscience and real-world insight.
I care passionately about seeing leaders grow. I’m committed to helping you develop your identity and lead with authenticity.
What matters to me
Making a difference
Integrity
Collaboration
Kindness
Fun
I care about making a genuine difference, working with honesty and creating spaces where people can think clearly, grow confidently and thrive. I value authenticity over polish, integrity over performance and collaboration over ego.
I believe leadership should leave room for kindness, curiosity and a little laughter along the way.
So if you’re drawn to meaningful work and a partnership built on trust, growth and fun, why not get in touch.
