For over 25 years I’ve been leading large‑scale change, navigating the wonderfully messy world of business transformation and building high‑performing teams. I’ve delivered global programmes across multiple regions, brought cross‑functional teams together to solve complex challenges and helped organisations shift how people work, collaborate and perform.
Along the way I’ve launched my own startup and spent time in consulting, working with organisations to define strategy, implement change and drive stronger performance and efficiency.
The golden thread through my career has always been helping leaders find clarity, confidence and courage when things feel messy or overwhelming. It’s what first drew me into coaching and it’s what drives me today.

A practical, human‑centred development experience for new and emerging leaders. Over 12 modules, the programme blends research, real world insights, coaching and helpful tools, providing the space to reflect, experiment and grow your authentic leadership style.
